This handcrafted Cleopatra Pectoral Necklace was created as a modern interpretation of the magnificent ceremonial collars associated with the queens and rulers of Ancient Egypt. Broad, sculptural and richly ornamented, it frames the shoulders and décolletage in gold and immediately gives the entire silhouette the unmistakable presence of an Egyptian queen.
It was designed for the moment when a simple Cleopatra costume is simply not enough.
The wide collar follows the line of the shoulders, creating the strong, almost architectural shape characteristic of an Egyptian pectoral. Its warm antique-gold surface is covered with individually arranged three-dimensional ornaments, transforming the necklace into a miniature landscape of Egyptian symbolism.
Look closely and the piece begins to reveal itself.
Cobras and serpents appear throughout the composition alongside Eyes of Horus, ankhs, scarabs, pharaoh imagery, winged figures and other Egyptian-inspired symbols. Different shapes, dimensions and textures are deliberately layered across the surface so the pectoral does not feel printed or flat — it has depth, relief and the visual richness of an object collected piece by piece.
At the center, a pharaoh is surrounded by symmetrical Egyptian motifs, while a prominent cobra below creates a strong focal point. From there, the ornamentation continues outward across the shoulders, allowing new details to emerge every time the piece is viewed from another angle.
